The Product Manager will play a critical role within the organization to lead the strategy, development and delivery of our software solutions.
He/she will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of operations through the identification, analysis and transformation of existing processes while working closely with the team to define project roadmaps and deliver effective solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will be:

● Project Strategy and Vision:

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals;

• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps based on market trends and customer feedback;

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation in supply chain, transportation, and financial domains;

● Execution and Delivery:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories;

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of features and ensure timely and high- quality delivery;
  
  
• Define UX/UI design requirements to enhance product usability;
  
  

● Market Research and Analytics:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs;

• Leverage data analytics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions;
  
  
• Build business cases for new features and products;

● Stakeholder Collaboration :

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners;
  
  
• Communicate product updates effectively to all stakeholder;
  
  

● User Experience and Feedback :

• Gather user feedback to iterate and improve product functionality;
  
  
• Use insights to drive enhancements and future product development.

Your expertise, talents, and training:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent experience;
● Experience as a product manager in the supply chain, logistics or fintech fields;
● Experience in the following fields would be an asset: startups, financing operations, trucking, logistics or parking systems;
● Qualified in product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Aha, Asana);
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.;
● Good learning ability;
● Qualified in organization, prioritization and time management skills;
● Very good oral and written communication skills, with fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
